Chicken Breast Stuffed With Cheesy Broccoli

I've been craving this dish for the longest time now and I've finally decided to make it. It came out really good so obviously I had to make it.
Feel free to substitute the seasonings to whatever you prefer, and I highly recommend using a cast iron skillet.

INGREDIENTS

Salt
Black Pepper
Paprika
Sazon
Broccoli
Shredded Cheese
Mayonnaise
Chicken Breast

METHOD

  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees
  • Clean your chicken with vinegar
  • Season chicken with pepper, paprika,  old bay seasoning and sazon
  • Chop broccoli florets, put in a microwave safe bowl with two tablespoons of water, cover and microwave for one minute.

  • Season broccoli with salt and black pepper. Add one cup of cheese, one tablespoon of mayonnaise and stir.

  • Cut a pocket into the chicken breast (try not to cut all the way through) and stuff with broccoli mixture

  • Heat a large oven safe skillet with a little bit of olive oil
  • Place your chicken in the pan for five minutes on each side
  • Cover skillet with foil and place in oven to finish cooking for twenty minutes
  • Remove and let sit for five minutes before serving
